This Privacy Policy explains how JRS GROUP FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered with Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority in the United Arab Emirates under Licence No. 4204437.01, with its registered address at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("JRS GROUP FZE", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Precision Sales Operator ("PSO") is a brand operated by JRS GROUP FZE. JRS GROUP FZE is the controller responsible for your personal information collected through this website and our related booking and call activities.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through our website, our booking and scheduling tools, our calls with you, and our related business communications. By using our website or booking a call with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
3. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you provide. When you complete a form, book a call, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website, information about your business and sales operation, and any other information you choose to give us.
Information from your call with us. When you attend a call, we collect the information you share during that call, and, where recording applies, a recording and transcript of the call. See section 6.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies. See section 7.
4. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
- schedule, confirm, and conduct calls with you;
- provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
- assess whether our services are suitable for you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal;

6. Call recording
Our calls may be recorded and transcribed using a third-party recording tool for quality, compliance, training, and record-keeping purposes.
Where a call is recorded, you are notified at the start of the call. The notice is shown visibly and stated audibly, and the recording tool is visible to participants. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may tell us at the start of the call.
Recordings and transcripts are treated as personal information under this Policy and are stored and protected accordingly.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, to remember your preferences, to measure website performance, and to support our advertising.
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function.
Analytics. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and to measure and improve its performance. Advertising and the Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel may set cookies and share certain information with Meta. You can manage your advertising preferences through your Meta account settings and through your browser.

8. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
Service providers who process information on our behalf, including:
- our website host and platform provider, which hosts the website and provides built-in analytics;
- our booking and scheduling provider, which manages call bookings;
- our video conferencing and call recording providers, which host and record calls;
- our payment provider, where you proceed to a paid engagement and make a payment through it, in which case your payment is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy;
- our email, storage, and analytics provider, Google, which supports our business communications, our file storage, and our website analytics; and
- Meta Platforms, Inc., in connection with the Meta Pixel and our advertising.
Professional advisers, such as our lawyers and accountants, where necessary.
Authorities and other parties, where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Each service provider is permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide its service to us.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may be located in other countries. Where we transfer your personal information across borders, including out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in a manner consistent with this Policy and applicable law, including through appropriate safeguards where required.
10. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to you, to conduct and record calls, to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. Where our use of advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may be treated as "sharing" under California law, you may opt out through your browser controls and through the cookie choices we present.
