Install My Complete Sales Operating System To Get 2.9 To 3.7x More Revenue In Any Industry, With Salespeople Who Ramp To KPI Predictably.
Without another overpriced sales agency or junior consultant making decisions you pay to get wrong, without revenue that flatlines no matter what you spend, and without the performance swings you can never explain or repeat.
Want to see if your team is a fit? Apply here.
There is a reason your team is not scaling with your spend.
- Hoping for A-player rockstars who hold you hostage, then offer-hop
- Buying more closing training that never makes it onto the call
- Hiring a sales agency that breaks your unit economics and never fits
- Carrying the closing, the managing and the training yourself, with no one you can hand it to
- Watching good months slide into bad ones 60 to 90 days later, with no way to see it coming
- Fixing symptoms one at a time, so nothing you try ever compounds
- One sales-management system you own outright
- Reps ramped into KPI predictably, who stay loyal to the culture
- The recruiting, ramping and management handled with you, not left on your plate
- Margin that stays yours, with no outsourced agency breaking your unit economics
- A manager placed to run it when you are ready, so the system outlasts you being in the seat
- 2.9 to 3.7x more revenue from a sales operation that performs to standard
If that sounds familiar, it is not a sign you are bad at this. No one ever handed you the sales system in the right order, so you have been fixing the wrong layer while the real constraint stayed hidden.
Your marketing evolved. Your sales team did not.
You can put money in and get booked calls back, whether each one costs you $200 or $1,000. Your traffic is fine and your effort is not the problem. The constraint sits in the layer those leads land in, and that layer was never properly installed.
Worse, it hides. The effect of bad sales management runs on a 60 to 90 day lag, so the numbers can look fine for a quarter, then revenue falls away faster than you can trace it or hold it steady. You may already know the team is the problem and still cannot fix it. These are the four problems almost every business at your stage runs into.
Talent dependency
You think the answer is rockstar salespeople, so your growth stays capped by depending on A-players to scale profitably. The one or two you land hold you hostage or offer-hop, and you cannot ramp more like them predictably.
Ramp failure
New reps take months to reach real KPI, half churn out before they produce, and every failed ramp is your time and ad spend, burned.
The wrong-layer trap
Low close rate sends you to more training. Low show rate sends you to more reminders, or changes that never move the number. None of it compounds, because all your data is downstream of a system that was never installed.
The outsourcing dilemma
You outsource before you own a system that turns people into assets, so you rent one instead: an agency that bleeds your unit economics at scale, or a recruiter that hands you warm bodies who cannot sell at KPI. Either way you pay a vendor a cut for low skill and stay dependent.
Here is the part most businesses miss. Your marketing already works, so the bottleneck is conversion, and conversion is the one thing you fix in 60 days instead of chasing for years. The teams that fix the sales layer first take the market, while everyone else keeps hiring rockstars and renting agencies to paper over a system they never installed.
The Precision Install: More Revenue From The Team And Traffic You Already Have.
Refined across $77.4m USD generated for clients and 400+ salespeople ramped into KPI, across 20+ industries. Here is exactly what I install with you.
Reps who close, not order-takers
More of the calls you already pay for turn into cash, including the colder, more sophisticated buyers your reps let slip today.
I refine your sales process to the gold standard and train the awareness in, so they close the prospects who fit your offer, not only the ready-to-buy few.
Omar's team lifted close rate from 20% to 30% and AOV from $1,800 to $5,000, through quality control of a gold-standard sales process.
Every hire lands, not one in three
You grow the team without every hire burning months and cash.
You get a ready-to-run ramping cadence built to your offer, the meeting proformas and day-by-day coaching, plus reps pre-selected from my talent pool for skill and fit.
You or your manager run it, I review the reviews and the one-to-ones and correct the drift, so each rep ramps as if I ran it.
Adrian had five hires churn in ramping, then I installed the ramping cadence and every hire stuck, and he scaled to $803k.
Revenue that holds, a seat you can leave
Your revenue stops swinging month to month, and the business runs without you on every call.
Quality control holds the standard through the reviews that make reps better, and when you are ready I place a manager from my pool to run it.
You own the system and keep the margin, so nothing walks out with a rockstar or gets skimmed by an agency.
I took Vincent from $130k to $440k on the same ad spend, then placed a manager who ran it to $600k with him out of the seat.
The layer nobody can copy.
Everyone has AI and a framework now, and that is exactly why your team is still stuck. AI hands you an answer without knowing your business or your people, and even the right answer fails if no one can coach it in and hold it to standard.
What actually moves your business is the judgment to read your specific team, choose the sequence, and install it to the last 1%, then own it. That is the part a template, an agency or a chatbot cannot give you. It is why PSO, the system I install in your business, still holds a year after I step out. I install it with you, so my eyes are on the execution the whole way.
I qualify hard, on purpose.
- You run a sales team doing $100k to $1.5m+ per month with a real growth curve
- You want to install a real system, not buy another course or search for another rockstar
- You will work alongside me 4+ hours a week for 8 weeks
- You want to own the system and get out of the chair, not stay the bottleneck forever
- You have product-market fit and an offer that already sells
- You are under the floor or do not have a sales team yet
- You want a magic bullet that scales the team overnight
- You want to outsource the whole problem to a recruiter, a rockstar or an agency and never oversee the team yourself
- You will not do the few hours of leadership a week the system runs on
- Your offer does not actually deliver for your customers, the system cannot fix that
Clients who installed it.
Every number below was produced inside the PSO install. Same clients, same teams, the system went in and the revenue moved.
90% founder-led, paid a famous name who never got hands-on. I swept the team, recruited 3 closers, raised AOV through Quality Control. 3x to 8x ROAS.
First-time manager running a $300k/mo team on instinct. I installed the full manager operating system. $1.1m/mo in cash collected.
Scaled a client from $350k to $1m/mo in 2 months, and from $0 to $95k profit. The systems pushed execution years ahead.
Spending $80k/mo on ads for $130k back. I fixed the inputs and ramped the right sales manager. Same ad spend, $440k/mo.
Stuck at $429k for 3 months, last 5 hires churned in ramp. I installed the hiring and ramping machine first, then scripting, then price.
Launched from zero and ramped four reps to KPI in two weeks. Now completely off sales calls with a team that performs without him.
$85k/mo from a webinar with no sales team behind it. I installed the full sales org from zero, setters, closers, scripting, QC, manager cadence, then scaled it across two countries to a team holding a 38% live-call close rate.
"Jack's ability to ensure processes were followed contributed significantly to the success of our sales operations."
Same $80k in ad spend. Revenue went from $130k to $440k.
$80k/mo on ads, $130k back. The math did not work.
First time running a team. He had bought a course, hired a recruiter on retainer, and was stacking closers and setters as fast as he could. None of it stuck. No data clarity, dial-per-lead at 1.6, show rate 35-45%, close rate 20%, and Vincent stuck in the middle of all of it.
The obvious move was to hire more closers. That would have made it worse. The closers were not the bottleneck. The inputs were.
"Same $80k a month in ad spend, we just did $440,000 in revenue for the month. The bigger win, Jack helped us identify the right sales manager. That hire has been a game changer. It opened up my time completely as an owner."

From founder-led and a stuck 3x ROAS to an 8x operation in 2 months.
Already paid a well-known name. Nothing had stuck.
90% founder-led. The previous consultant was arms-length, fortnightly roleplays but no QC on whether anything landed in live calls. Omar was still on calls himself, stepping in to salvage every strong lead because he could not let a rep fail. The whole operation depended on him personally.
"I'd worked with a pretty famous name, he wasn't hands-on. Jack was very hands-on. All three of my closers are from Jack. It happened within 60 days, I'm clearer on the metrics now and I don't micromanage my guys. I think you should just do it."

The last 5 hires churned in ramp. I installed the hiring machine first.
Floating $400-429k for 3 months with a broken ramp.
The ceiling was real and he knew it. The last five reps he had hired all churned out of ramp without hitting KPI, so he had no confidence to hire again. He could not scale without hiring, and could not hire without knowing the new rep would stick.
"4 weeks ago I was overwhelmed and not confident I could scale without something breaking. That has completely shifted. I now know with 100% confidence my team can scale to $1m-$1.5m a month without any drop in quality. I don't know how I could have done this without Jack."

A first-time manager. 3 months later the team did $1.1m a month.
New to management, running a $300k/mo team on instinct.
He thought sales management was call reviews, trainings and a couple of meetings. He could not see the data, the QC or the feedback loops a real manager runs on, so there was no reliable way to know what to fix or where the revenue was leaking.
"I was completely fresh to sales management. I was shocked at all the data and systems that come into play once you're in the room. Those last 30 days were the most pivotal of my career. It hasn't just helped, it built the foundation of my career."

A strong closer with no management skill. 1 month later, a real team at $300k.
His entire system was just being able to close himself.
A strong personal closer with no real management skill. No ramping or onboarding process, no way to give reps feedback that actually improved performance, and a new business at $0/mo fully dependent on him taking the calls. He knew his own closing would not keep saving the team, and that the whole thing was capped by his personal bandwidth.
"Before PSO my entire system was just me being able to close. I didn't know how to ramp new reps or coach them in a way that actually drove improvement. We onboarded a new rep who became top performer in his first month, brought on three more all in KPI within 2 weeks, and launched a new business from $0 to $300k. Now I'm completely off sales calls with a real seat at the table."

A brand-new agency. Scaled their first client $350k to $1m in two months.
A brand-new agency with zero management experience.
They started Prodigy System just before starting with me. Zero SOPs, zero management experience, and only a surface-level understanding of ramping, training, coaching, or B2B negotiations with high-level founders. They thought they could figure it out alone, then realised they needed someone whose standards matched or exceeded their own.
"We had zero management experience and zero SOPs. The moment we met Jack there was zero doubt, we paid in full within 5 minutes of his first voice message. We scaled our first client from $350k to $1m a month in two months, and went from $0 to $95k profit. Being around the surgical precision he operates with pushed us to a level that would take most agencies years to build."

Installed a sales org from zero and scaled to 20 reps in 5 months.
$85k/mo from a webinar with no team behind it.
The offer worked, the ceiling was operational. No setters, closers, scripting, show process, data or cadence. Every month was a standalone event, nothing compounded. To scale he needed a machine that ramped reps reliably enough to put real money behind ads.
"Jack was instrumental in scaling our sales team to 20 members and over $600,000 in monthly revenue. His ability to ensure processes were followed contributed significantly to the success of our sales operations."

Someone who has operated at every level of this.
Most sales consultants tell you what to fix. They leave before finding out if it worked. PSO was built on a different model. One I learned operating in environments where ambiguity costs more than money.
Diagnose first. Sequence the fix correctly. Install it to standard. Quality control until the numbers move. That is the operating system I ran in the field, and it is the same one I install in your business. The constraint is almost never more reps or more spend. It is the system underneath them, and that is what I find and remove.
I only count revenue I actually influenced, and only what happened inside the engagement window.
Every question, answered.
What exactly is this, and what do I walk away owning?
A 60-day sales management install, done with you. I diagnose where your real constraint is, sequence the fixes in the order that actually moves revenue, and put the working system inside your business. You own all of it at the end:
- A hiring and recruiting system with access to my talent pool, so you fill seats with vetted sales talent without paying a recruiter every time.
- A gold-standard ramping system, so new reps reach KPI fast and profitably instead of burning lead flow while they find their feet.
- A refined sales process, so more of the booked calls you already pay for convert, including the colder, more sophisticated prospects your reps let slip today.
- Data visibility, so you can see the real constraint and make fast decisions instead of guessing at month-end.
- A manager cadence installed down to the daily and weekly execution, so the standard holds and revenue stays consistent.
An agency runs all of this for you and keeps you dependent. A course hands you concepts and leaves you to implement alone. I install the infrastructure into your business and stay on it until it runs without me.
Can't you run the whole thing for me, done for you?
This is the question that decides whether we are a fit, so I will answer it straight.
For me to run your sales operation done-for-you, at the standard I hold, costs $100k a month or more. At $100k a month in revenue, that maths breaks your business before it helps it. I would be taking your money to do the thing that sinks you.
Cost is not even the main reason. Handing sales off too early breaks the business through a lag most founders never see coming. You drop in a manager or an agency, you step away, and for the first month it looks great, because the reps are still running on the standard and the culture you set while you were in the trenches. Then they work out the new manager does not really know what he is doing, standards slip, and 60 to 90 days later the data falls and you cannot work out why, because he looked fine at the start. Below roughly $500k a month you cannot fully leave the sales seat without paying for it later.
So what the done-for-you buyer actually wants, to hand it off and stop thinking about sales, is the exact thing that breaks a business at your stage. What I give you instead is the 80/20. I do the parts that genuinely should be done for you: the recruiting and the talent pool, the hiring posts, the sales script created from your best calls when you have no framework, and the coaching cadence that ramps each new rep. You stay close enough to own the standard, because you are the one with the budget and the final say. Once the system is in and you are ready, I place a manager from my pool to run it, and you get out of the seat properly, owning a system you understand instead of a black box you cannot see into.
How is this different from an agency or an outsourced sales team?
Underneath this is a real choice: own the capability, or rent the running of it to an outside team. An agency can work, if they are genuinely invested in your growth and experienced enough to help with only a fraction of their attention on your niche. That is rare, and it leaves you fragile.
The sequence that works for any department is the same. Install your own system in-house, systematise it, then bring in a loyal operator to run the system you understand and can quality-control yourself, even if that operator is an agency. Owning the system is what stops you being raked for an extra 10 to 15% of revenue every month, paid as if the whole thing is done fresh each time when 90% of it was installed once: the hiring system, the talent pool, the sales process, the mid-funnel assets, the dashboards.
The real cost shows at scale. As you grow, margin thins, and if you are handing an agency 10 to 15% of revenue on top, it starves the things that actually fix margin: a sales system you own, new creative, more fulfilment staff. And if they walk, you are stuck, because the skill and the system never lived inside your business.
Why not hire a sales leader to install this?
A sales leader who can actually install systems costs $500k or more a year and gets hired by companies three times your size. The ones you can afford are usually closers who moved into management before they were ready, and you find that out three months in, once the damage is done.
The sequence that works is system first, then manager. Install the infrastructure, then bring in a high-trust operator underneath you to run what already works. Below roughly $500k a month the founder needs to stay close, because half-ready management running on instinct, dropped onto no system, stalls the momentum you have. One or two months with someone competent is worth $100k to $300k more in revenue even for a smaller client. The cheaper option up front, pure revenue share, loses you money over the short, medium and long term.
I install the system with you in it, then help you source or ramp the manager to run it. You hire from strength, because the machine already works and you know exactly what good looks like before anyone else touches it.
Can I do this myself now with AI tools?
No, and it is worth being clear about why. AI hands you an answer without knowing your business, your offer or your people, and an answer you cannot coach into a live team or hold to a standard changes nothing. The teams that already have AI and every framework are the ones still stuck, which tells you the concept was never the constraint.
What moves your business is the judgment to read your specific team, choose the sequence, and install it to the last 1% on live calls with real salespeople. That is a craft of tribal knowledge and execution, the same reason a good closer's job is not going to AI. People scrape my content to clone me with a bot; it does not move the needle, because the needle was never the information.
I have been burned before. How do I know this works?
The most reasonable question on this page. Omar asked it too. He had already paid a well-known name before me, someone who ran a roleplay a week but never got hands-on with whether anything landed on live calls. Nothing stuck, and he was still on the phones himself.
Two months in, his three closers were all placed by me, his ROAS went 3x to 8x, and he was off the calls. The answer to your question is in the record: $77.4m USD generated for clients, 400+ salespeople ramped to KPI across 20+ industries, and 100% of the reps I installed in 2025 hit their number. Clients leave self-sufficient, owning the system, not cut loose like an agency that faded out.
I can say all of that plainly because of who I turn away. I do not take offers without product-market fit, and I do not take on the buyer who wants a guarantee instead of doing the work. Every client has results because the wrong ones never start.
What if I don't have a sales manager?
Two paths, and I choose based on the diagnosis. Here are two examples out of many.
- Ramp one from inside: I find who has manager potential on your team and teach them to review calls, triage KPIs and hold the standard. Adrian installed the system alongside me, then ramped his own top closer into the manager seat. Because he had installed it himself, he could quality-control the new manager without me teaching him how. That manager now outperforms what Adrian did running it personally, and Adrian got off the tools at $1m a month.
- Place one from my pool: I can place a vetted operator who already knows the system. The manager I placed with Vincent has since taken that business past $500k a month consistently.
That is the real argument against outsourcing the whole thing. The founder sets the baseline and the culture, because the founder holds the budget and the final say. Install it yourself and that knowledge stays with you. 100% of the managers I have placed into these businesses have stuck and scaled the team.
My team is small. Am I too early for this?
Vincent was at $130k a month with two salespeople and no system when he started, spending $80k on ads to make $130k back and stuck in the middle of it. I installed the system and placed a manager, ramped into his business for him. Four months later, same $80k spend, he did $440k, then the manager took it to $600k with him out of the seat.
The floor is roughly $100k a month with a real growth curve and an offer that already sells. If that is you, you are not too early. You are at the point where installing the system pays back fastest, because every fix lands on demand you already have.
Does this work in my industry?
If it is high-ticket and sold over the phone or on Zoom, I have scaled it. Across 20+ industries: Real Estate And Property Education, Trading Education, Business And Executive Coaching, Fitness And Health Coaching, Supplements, Certification And Developer Bootcamps, Affiliate And Business-Opportunity Offers, Sales And Marketing Agencies, and more.
The mechanics of a sales team are the same underneath all of them: inputs, ramp, process, quality control, manager cadence. The one place it struggles is an offer that does not actually deliver for the customer. The system cannot fix that, and I will tell you on the call if that is the real problem.
What results should I expect, and how fast?
It depends where you start. If you have reps but no system, show and close rates move within weeks. If you are hiring from scratch, the first placed rep typically ramps to KPI in 7 to 14 days. The full system is running in 60 days.
Across my clients the revenue lift runs 2.9 to 3.7x, and doubling is the conservative base case. Every offer is its own matter of message-market fit, so that is the realistic range my record supports rather than a promise of a specific number, because your offer, market and execution all matter. You watch the progress in real time on the dashboards instead of waiting until month-end to find out what happened.
How much of my time does this take?
A weekly session of 60 minutes, plus the work between them. Expect 4+ hours a week during the 60-day install. After the install the load is lighter: weekly quality-control calls and async access when you hit a constraint.
This is done with you, so it asks for your time up front, and that is the point. You are the one with the budget and the final say, so you need to know what gold-standard looks like firsthand. Delegate it too early and you lose the founder's read on the product that got you to product-market fit in the first place. The payoff is that you own the system and the standard at the end, instead of depending on someone who can walk.
What does this cost?
The investment is shown when you apply. It is a fixed fee: a one-time install plus fixed monthly operator support. No percentage of sales, no performance retainer.
I price it that way on purpose. A fixed fee keeps your unit economics clean as you scale, and it leaves your whole comp plan free for A-player reps who want their upside coming from you, not shared with an outside party. You keep the economics and you keep the talent.
There is no performance guarantee, and that is deliberate. At this level a guarantee signals the opposite of confidence, and it draws the buyer who wants a clause instead of a result. If the system is in and it is not working, I will find you a manager to run it. I stand on the standard, not on a refund clause dressed up in hoops.
Should we wait until next quarter?
Every month the sales layer stays broken is a month you pay full price for traffic and lose the return at the back end. A team closing 20% of demand that could close at 40% loses that difference every month, and the gap compounds.
Andrew was going to wait until he had hired more fulfilment staff to handle the sales he expected to come. Once I laid out how the system works alongside the wider goals of the business, I installed it around his CSM hiring timeline, so the sales system went live the same week his CSM started. No waiting, no extra months paying for traffic that ran through a leaking funnel.
Onboarding is fast, so starting now means the system is live before your next big window, not after you have already paid for the traffic.
If you explain all of this openly, why pay to work with you?
Because knowledge was never the bottleneck. Implementation is. Everyone has the concepts now, and the AI tools that repeat them, and most teams are still stuck. That tells you the what was never the hard part.
What you pay for is the install adapted to your specific team, in the right order, at speed, with my eyes on it the whole way, from someone who has run this across 400+ salespeople and 20+ industries. You are not paying for the what. You are paying for the install, and the result.
Install it alone, or install it with me in 60 days.
On the call I look at your team, your numbers and your sales process, and give you a straight read on where the biggest constraint is. You see exactly how the install would run for your business. No commitment, and no pitch if it is not a fit. You leave with a clear plan either way.
